Financial assistance for construction of pucca houses for rural poor of West Bengal.

Eligibility

  • Household appearing in the Awas+ / SECC list as eligible.
  • Should not own a pucca house anywhere in India.

  • Aadhaar card
  • Bank passbook
  • Job card (if any)
  • Land / homestead proof

How to Apply

  • Verification of eligibility is done by Panchayat officials.
  • No individual application — beneficiary list is prepared block-wise.
  • Amount released in instalments as construction progresses.
