Financial assistance and life insurance for farmers of West Bengal.
Benefits
- Assistance up to ₹10,000 per year per farmer (₹5,000 in two instalments for 1 acre+ land).
- Minimum ₹4,000 per year for smaller land holdings.
- ₹2,00,000 life insurance for farmers aged 18–60 in case of death.
Eligibility
- Farmer aged 18–60 years owning agricultural land in West Bengal.
- Registered bargadars and recorded share-croppers.
Required Documents
- Aadhaar card
- Land records (RoR / Patta / Khatian)
- Bank passbook (single-name)
- Voter card
How to Apply
- Visit Krishi office in your block or Duare Sarkar camp.
- Fill the Krishak Bandhu form with land details.
- Submit with required documents for verification.
- Amount credited to bank account in Kharif and Rabi seasons.
