Eligibility
- Resident of West Bengal, aged 18–45.
- Minimum Class VIII pass; ITI / diploma preferred.
- Should not be a beneficiary of similar Government scheme.

- Detailed project proposal
- Bank passbook
How to Apply
- Apply through the MSME facilitation centre in your district.
- Submit project proposal and required documents.
- After scrutiny, grant is released to the beneficiary's account.
